热灌注治疗和丝裂霉素灌注化疗电切术后膀胱肿瘤疗效对比分析 　　【摘要】 目的：比较热灌注治疗与丝裂霉素灌注化疗电切术后膀胱肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：将40例经电切术治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组（n=20）和对照组（n=20），对照组术后给予丝裂霉素灌注化疗，观察组采用丝裂霉素热灌注化疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+高于对照组，3年生存率高于对照组，3年内复发率低于对照组，平均生存时间长于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：热灌注治疗电切术后膀胱肿瘤的疗效较好，可有效提高生存率，降低复发率。 　　【关键词】 热灌注； 丝裂霉素； 电切术； 膀胱肿瘤 　　中图分类号 R737.1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）7-0017-02 　　Curative Effect Comparative Analysis of Hyperthermic Perfusion Therapy and Mitomycin Perfusion Chemotherapy after Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor/LIU Mei-de，ZHANG Ying-jie.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（7）：17-18 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the clinical effect of hyperthermic perfusion therapy and Mitomycin perfusion chemotherapy of bladder tumor after transurethral resection.Method：40 cases of bladder tumor patients with transurethral resection were randomly divided into the observation group（n=20） and the control group（n=20），the control group was given Mitomycin perfusion chemotherapy after surgery，the observation group was given Mitomycin hyperthermic perfusion therapy，the curative effects of two groups were compared.Result：There were no significant in adverse reactions between two groups（P0.05）.CD3+，CD4+ after treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group，3 years survival rate was higher than that of the control group，3 years recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group，the mean survival time was longer than that of the control group，there were statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Hyperthermic perfusion therapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor is good，it can effectively increase the survival rate，and reduce the recurrence rate. 　　【Key words】 Hyperthermic perfusion therapy； Mitomycin； Transurethral resection； Bladder tumor 　　First-author’s address： The First Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University，Weihui 453100，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.07.
