中医的手法治疗骨折实施临床路径的模式探析 　　摘要：目的：通过探讨分析中医手法治疗骨折的临床效果与具体实施路径模式，为提高骨折患者的中医手法治疗效果提供有效依据。方法：选取自2009年7月至2011年5月在我院就诊的骨折患者80例，对其随机分组，实验组采取中医手法治疗临床路径，对照组采取常规西医治疗临床路径，比较两组骨折患者临床治疗效果，并细化研究中医手法治疗的临床路径模式。结果：实验组采取中医手法治疗临床路径，平均骨折愈合时间与住院时间均小于对照组（P0.05），且实验组患者的并发症与后遗症的出现几率显著低于对照组，P0.01具有统计学意义。结论：以中医手法治疗临床路径对骨折患者进行治疗，具有显著临床效果，值得推广使用。 　　关键词：中医手法治疗 临床路径 模式探析The TCM manual therapy fractures implementation path mode of clinical 　　Deng Xueming 　　Abstract：Objective：To discuss the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fractures of the clinical effect and the concrete implementation path model， in order to improve the fracture patients of traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect to provide effective basis. Methods： Choose from July 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital complaining of fracture patients in 80 cases， the random group， the experimental group take the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of clinical pathway， the control group take the conventional treatment of western medicine clinical pathway， compare two groups of fracture patients clinical treatment effect， and refining to study TCM treatment of clinical path model. Result：The technique of traditional Chinese medicine to treat clinical pathway， the average fracture healing time and hospital stay were less than that in control group （P0.05）， The experimental group of patients with complications and sequelae occurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group， P0.01 have statistical significance.
