人工髋关节置换56例临床效果及并发症的研究 　　[摘要] 目的:研究人工髋关节置换术的临床治疗效果及并发症发生率,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2007年8月～2009年2月于我院行人工髋关节置换的56例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为股骨颈保留型髋关节置换术组(观察组,30例)和传统股骨柄髋关节置换术组(对照组,26例),然后将两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症发生率进行分析和比较。结果:两组患者在临床治疗效果及并发症发生率方面差异显著,观察组优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:在人工髋关节置换术中采用股骨颈保留型髋关节置换术效果明显较传统股骨柄髋关节置换术好,且并发症发生率低,值得临床进一步研究。 　　[关键词] 人工髋关节置换;效果;并发症 　　[中图分类号] R684[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-7210(2010)04(a)-031-02 　　 　　Study on the clinical effect and complications of artificial hip replacement in 56 patients 　　RAO Fangping, ZENG Shenjuan 　　(Department of Orthopedics, the Second Peoples Hospital of Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, Pingxiang 337000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To study the clinical effect and incidence rate of the complications in the artificial hip replacement in order to provide evidence for the clinical treatment. Methods: 56 cases of patients who were treated with artificial hip replacement from August 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital were randomly divided into total hip replacement with femoral neck preservation group (observation group, 30 cases) and traditional fixation of femoral component in hip arthroplasty group (control group, 26 cases). Then the clinical effect and incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared, and the results were studied. Results: After the comparison, we found that the clinical effect and incidence rate of complications of the two groups were obviously different. The clinical effect and incidence rate of complications of observation group was better than those of control group, they showed statistical significance (P0.05).
