II II Abstract It is requirement for the development of era and society to provide society-serving in the academic libraries. When the academic libraries provide good services for teaching and science research, they should be open to other fields in society. It is benefit to sharing information resource, meeting the development requirement of social culture and economy, improving people thought, and promoting the construction of democratic and harmonious society. Providing society-serving in the academic libraries is the requirement for their development. It can increase the utilization rate o
