唰唰唰RJW 唰唰唰RJW 唰川川川咽 。 川川川av 川川州AMM 唰唰恻A呻 川川n川o . m川肌 肌A1 唰Y 摘要 高校教师作为高等教育的实施者对整个高等教育过程起着十分重要的 作用，他们的人生信念，生活状态直接影响着高等教育的过程。新教师是一 群年龄较轻工作热情极高的特殊群体。他们与大学生接触频繁，沟通也更容 易，他们的人生态度、价值追求和教育观念在一定程度上能够决定教育教学 活动的行为，影响高等教育的实际成效。他们职业幸福观的方向性也会在一 定程度上影响大学生的人生观和幸福观，影响大学培养目标的实现。 高校新教师职业幸福观的研究共分成四个部分，第一章为导论部分，对 高校新教师职业幸福观的相关概念进行界定，井对选题来濒、逃跑意义进行 阐述。第二章以国内外相关理论为基础，对相关文献进行梳理和述评。第二 章进行实证分析，运用因子分析法得出高校新教师职业幸福观的现状，并进 行原因分析。第四章为结论部分，对高校新教师职业幸福观的现状进行探索 和畅想。 通过调查，我国高校新教师职业幸福观的现状为:一、高校新教师职业 幸福观整体呈现积极向上性:二、高校新教师职业幸福观影响因素呈现客观 性:三、高校新教师职业幸福评价标准呈现一定物质化倾向:四、高校新教 师职业幸福观表现出对自身条件的忽略:五、不同性别、不同从教时间的教 师职业幸福观存在显著性差异。 引导高校新教师树立正确的职业幸福观应当从五个方面入手 t 一、加强 传统幸福观教育，抵制群体职业幸福观消极影响:二、恰当采用非经济报酬 剌激，提高新教师工资薪酬满意度:三、认清新教师职业角色，引导新教师 完成角色转变:四、探索教育的创造性价值，构建和谐师生关系:五、关注 女教师职业幸福观，倡导女教师把握幸福。 关键词z 幸福:职业幸福观:新教师 II ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Higher education college teachers as the executor of the whole higher education process plays an extremely important role，their :fi白白 in life and 由eir 悦ate directly inf1uences the higher education process.ηle new teachers is a group of younger working enthusiasm high specia1 groups，they are the group who are the easiest most direct ∞ntact and ∞mmunication with college students.
