PAGE PAGE 3 摘要 近几年来，随着各大高校的不断扩招，硕士研究生的数量迅猛增长，人才 市场迅速饱和，曾经的天之骄子们不再成为各用人单位青睐的对象，研究生的 就业问题日益成为人们关注的焦点。加之在去年全球经济危机的双重打击下， 硕士研究生的就业问题更是雪上加霜。许多省份硕士研究生的就业率已经低于 本科生，出现“学历倒挂”的现象。 现如今许多即将毕业的本科生把要不要继续考研当成是一项难以抉择的事 情，因为与过去相比，硕士研究生文凭不再是通向高收入、高社会地位的工作 岗位的敲门砖，反倒提高了找工作的机会成本。 本文将带着这些疑问，首先通过对高校扩招的历史、现状、原因及其对就 业影响的描述，得出硕士研究生就业困难的事实。其次，通过硕士研究生和本 科生的就业优劣势比较，找到硕士研究生们的就业劣势：年龄偏大、可塑性差、 期望值高、用人成本高等，并得出在高校扩招影响下的硕士研究生就业方面存 在的新问题——主要为硕士研究生自身质量下降，使得其在就业方面的优势弱 化，进而引出对硕士研究生教育的质疑。再次，分别从理论和实践两个角度分 析接受硕士研究生教育的必要性，并通过对攻读硕士研究生学位显性成本和隐 形成本的分析，以及硕士研究生教育收益的计算，直观上反映硕士研究生教育 对增加个人教育收益的影响。最后，综合以上分析，在硕士研究生就业形势不 甚理想的情况之下，针对正准备攻读硕士研究生学位的莘莘学子们提出以下建 议：1、努力打造个人核心竞争力；2、慎重选择专业；3、端正入学动机；4、 提高自身综合素质；5、未雨绸缪，做好学习计划；6、增强实践动手能力；7、 合理调整就业心态；8、调整就业期望值；9、先就业后择业；10、另辟溪路， 先就业后读研。希望这些建议能给那些即将接受硕士研究生教育的研究生们一 些启示，使其不断提高自身的综合能力，为日后就业打下基础。 【关键词】研究生就业 教育成本 教育收益 明瑟收入函数 高校扩招 Abstract In recent years, colleges and universities continues to expand enrollment and the number of postgraduates has increased rapidly, as a result, talent market is quickly saturated. The darlings in the past are no longer favored by the employing unit object, graduate students employment is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Last year, the global economic crisis coupled with the double blow, the masters graduate employment problem even worse. In many provinces, the misters employment rate has been lower than the undergraduates, which is called degree inversion.
