II II Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, education informatization is receiving increasing attention from the national government. College informatization is the microcosmic embodiment of education informatization in colleges and the network construction of college informatization is a necessarily integral part of it. With further development of the college informlization, users’ demands regarding informatization are becoming higher. Their needs and evaluation plays an important role in the network construction of college informatization. Therefore, how to strengthen the network construction of college informatization, based on the users’ needs, has become a valuable problem that brings more concern. The precondition of good network construction of college informatization is to make overall, systematic and impersonal measurement from the users’ point of view so we could understand and grasp the users’ needs in time, to adjust the development strategy of college informatization. In this article, the network construction of college informatization is as the research object to discuss the measurement of users’ satisfaction. First of all, we built a theoretical model to measure the users’ satisfaction regarding network construction of college informatization, based on the global research of measurement of college informatization and the combination of content and characters of network construction of college informatization, and we also established corresponding targeting measurement system. Then based on the theory and algorithms of structural equation model, we determined proper evaluation method regarding the measurement of network construction of college informatization. Finally by collecting data via online questionnaire, we made demonstration research of the proposed users’ satisfaction measurement on the college information network construction.
