PAGE PAGE 3 摘 要 自从互联网诞生以来，对社会和经济产生了深远而巨大的影响。同时个体的日常生活也 日益被互联网所渗透，尤其是当今大学生对网络的使用更是普及。但是在网络由于其自由性 和无序性，在带来了极大方便的同时，也掺杂了很多不良的内容。由此，基于网络交往的思 想政治教育的全新课题，引起了人们的关注。但是从总体而言，对网络思想政治教育交往的 研究还没有完全发挥出自身的优势，在执行的过程中带来了很多社会问题和教育问题。而产 生问题的原因就是对网络思想政治教育交往的规律缺乏正确的认识，对教育的方法缺乏正确 的手段。而本研究正是基于这一状况而产生的。 本文吸收了国内外对网络思想政治教育交往的研究成果，并且在此基础上从介绍网络思 想政治教育交往的原则、机理等基本概况入手，对进行网络思想政治教育交往的形势进行了 一些分析。接着对大学生网络思想政治教育交往的指导思想、策略、原则、内容及方法进行 了分析。最后通过分析如今高校思想政治教育发展的现状，结合最新的网络思想政治教育交 往的发展趋势，就我国目前大学生网络思想政治教育交往的实施方法提出一些具体建议。认 为应该从网络思想政治教育交往的运行与管理出发，将网络交往主体队伍建设纳入高校师资 队伍建设发展规划，全面建设网络思想政治教育交往体系，从建立组织机制、吸引机制、经 费保障机制、综合协调机制、监控管理机制、评估机制等方面入手，构建符合我国国情的方 法及制度，就机制构建的相互支撑，相互作用等方面进行研究，提出促进高校网络思想政治 教育交往的初步方法，更好的为思想政治教育工作实践工作而服务，促进我国高校网络思想 政治交往教育研究的发展。 【关键词】网络 交往 思想政治教育 网络交往主体队伍建设 Abstract This research is about ideological and political education via internet in colleges and universities. It has profound effects on society and economics with the creation of internet. Meanwhile, individual daily life is influenced by the internet, especially college and university students. Although internet has its own convenience, it has disadvantages as it is free and unregulated. Thus, this topic is attractive. However, there are generally social and educational problems in procedures of this kind of education as its advantages are not shown out completely. The reasons for the problems are that it is lack of the right recognition of law about ideological and political education with internet, and it is short of appropriate tools of this kind of education. As a result, this paper is generated. Based on the previous domestic and foreign research results about ideological and political education with internet, this paper gives its own points and recommendations. First of all, this paper introduces the principles, theories and other backgrounds, and analyses the situations of education in ideology and politics with on the internet.
