汕头大学硕士学位论 汕头大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 机械工程设计的迅速发展需要有新颖的设计思想；产品在市场中的定位，决定着其竞 争力的强弱，从某种意义上讲，关乎企业的生存、发展和壮大，其很大程度上是由产品的 早期设计阶段决定的。可适应设计作为一种新的设计理念，其在解决诸如：更好的产品功 能、质量,可定制性，环境的友好性、更低的成本以及更短的交货时间等方面具有其优越 性。本文在可适应设计现有理论和实践的基础上，将可适应设计方法应用到了输纸机分离 头的设计中，主要进行了以下几方面的研究工作： ? 在对可适应设计的一般过程进行归纳和总结基础上，本文针对输纸机分离头的具体应 用要求，对其进行机械结构可适应需求分析，建立了功能需求模型，然后根据这些需 求，提出了实现这些需求的实现方案，并对这些方案进行了分析。 ? 根据设计知识建模、演化与应用的原理和方法，对输纸机分离头进行产品功能分析与 功能求解，建立了分离头功能层次分解树以及功能与原理解的之间的关系。 ? 从输纸机分离头功能层次分解树以及功能与原理解的之间的关系入手，在介绍了输纸 机分离头的应用和现有产品的基础上，按照其功能特点，进行功能模块的划分，建立 能够实现该功能的具体结构，并对这些功能结构进行模糊综合评价。 关键词：输纸机分离头，可适应设计，机械产品概念设计，结构设计 II II PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT The rapid development of mechanical engineering design needs novel design methods. And the orientation of products in the market determines whether the competitive advantage is strong or not, in some way, it relates to enterprises existence, development and prosperity and is largely decided by the early stage of product design. Adaptable design is a new design philosophy which has many advantages, such as better product functions, quality, customizability, more environment friendly, lower cost, shorter delivery time and so on. On the basis of theory and practice of adaptable design, this dissertation shows how to use adaptable design method in the design of the single-sheet feeder. A major research works are as follows. ? In this dissertation, the new product adaptable demand is analyzed and product adaptable demand model is established according to the single-sheet feeder of the specific application characteristics and the summaries of the general process of adaptable design. Furthermore, the implementation scheme is put forward according to these requirements, and those implementation schemes are analyzed. ? On the basis of the principle and the approach of the design knowledge modeling, evolution and application, the product function analysis and function solution are implemented.
