PAGE PAGE IV 高校财务信息系统智能优化的研究及实现 摘 要 近年来，随着我国经济高速发展和高校办学规模的扩大，高校经费来源由过 去单一的国家财政拨款，逐渐转变为以财政拨款为主，多渠道筹措教育经费的多 元化格局。同时，学校财务业务的相关门类也日益繁多：高校财务管理系统、结 算中心系统、学生收费系统、工资管理系统以及个人收入所得税申报系统等诸多 的财务信息系统都存在着大量的数据需要维护和优化。一个学校财务管理的水 平，是学校校务管理水平的重要方面。因此，为了适应新形势下的新要求，必须 不断提高高校财务管理的综合水平。而在信息化程度如此之高的现代社会，财务 管理自然离不开由各类财务管理软件构成的财务信息系统。 本文从基础理论出发，本着实用的角度，结合个人工作实际情况，对高校财 务系统需求和总体框架进行深入研究，从财务人员业务应用和数据角度出发，要 使高校财务广泛应用信息化系统，我们首先必须要使财务信息系统更加智能，只 有对其不断优化，才能不断提高高校财务工作的效率，加快信息现代化前进的步 伐，以此推动高校财务事业的改革和发展。 本系统主要使用功能较为实用且与财务相关性更强的 Visual FoxPro 语言， 与后台的 SQL server 2003 数据库建立连接。经过详细分析本单位财务系统的具 体业务特点，使用 Visual FoxPro 语言和数据仓库与数据挖掘的基本思想，实现 对大量的财务系统数据，包括：学校财政收入、教师工资、教师项目资金、教工 借款情况等诸多数据进行有效内容的筛选、提炼、归纳，管理，从而实现从前需 要多个系统查询和操作的数据在本系统内一次性实现，增强了财务各部门的数据 共享性，满足了高校财务业务管理和管理决策的需求，减少了财务人员的工作量， 让数据更直观更有参考意义。 关键词：高校财务 数据仓库与数据挖掘 财务管理 Visual FoxPro PAGE PAGE V RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT OPTIMIZATION OF THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR UNIVERSITIES Abstract In recent years, with Chinas rapid economic development and the expansion of the university scales, university sources of funding by a single national financial allocations, and gradually transformed into the main financial allocation, diversification pattern of multiple channels to raise funds for education.
