摘要 摘要 m川况，-M州川 m川况，- M州川。 川川川nww m川川nww 恻 州州A呻 阳川川川00 恻阳阳川41 . 州州Y 摘要 高校辅导员是教师队伍的重要组成部分，是高等学校从事德育工作，开 展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。 随着高等学校思想政治教育工作的进一步加强和深化，对辅导员工作也提出 了更高更新的要求。为了使高校培养出来的毕业生真正成为我国社会主义事 业的建设者和接班人，高校辅导员队伍的职业化建设势在必行。 本文以党中央有关加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的文献为指导，适用 思想政治教育学的基本理论，对高校辅导员职业化这一课题进行了初步探 讨。 全文共分四章进行论述。第一意为引言，主要阐述了本文的研究目的、 研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路和主要研究方法。在第二章中，通过 对南校辅导员制度模进历程的梳理，进一步阐明了高校辅导员职业化的内涵 和意义。第三章，分析了当前辅导员建设的主要问题及导致这些问题与不足 的深层次原因。第四章，针对前文所述的有关问题，从转变辅导员工作观念、 优化辅导员队伍结构等多个方面具体阐述了高校辅导员队伍职业化的途径。 关键词:高校;学生辅导员;职业化 11 11 Abstract ABSTRACT University counselors are an important component of university faculty，the backbone of moral education and ideological and political education，providing guidance and insights for the healthy development of university students. The strengthening of ideological and political education 创 universities and colleges imposes higher demands on the work of university counselors.ηle professionalization of w让versity counselors is to be imperative under the circumstance that universities and colleges are to cultivate the true cons位uctors and successors of socialization in our coun盯. Taking ωguidance literature on ideological and political education published by the Party Central Committee ，this thesis makes a primary study on the professionalization of university counselors by applying the basic theories of ideological and political education. This thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces 由e purpose ，the significance，the present research situations，the structure and the main manners of the study. Chapter 2 presents the connotation and significance of the professionalization of university counselors. Chapter 3 analyzes the main problems and the main causes of these problems. Chapter 4 discusses the ways of professionalizing w让versity counselors from di的rent perspectives including changing counselors working concepts and optimizing the te缸n struc阳re of counselors.
