Abstract
Since hierarchical teaching was developed, such superficial questioning has been long broken through, like whether it is necessary to carry it out or whether it is beneficial or not. It has been shifted to how to teach hierarchically and how to make hierarchical teaching fairer. With the development of the qualification-oriented education and the reform of Gaokao educational system, students’ independency involved in Senior Ideological and Political Lesson is highly valued. It can be seen clearly that schools must completely respect students’ decision on the test subjects no matter before or after the reform of Shanghai Gaokao educational system in 2014. Whereas some of the teachers for Senior Ideological and Political Lesson truly neglect the needs of mixed-level development of the subjects and are unable to solve the problems of personal development and well-rounded development based on class teaching, which result in ineffective influence on students’ autonomy in learning and restraining students’ interests and initiative caused by homogeneous assessment. Besides making full use of the principle of unity and diversity of human in philosophy, hierarchical teaching also conforms to the requests of the qualification-oriented education and breaks the limitation of class teaching as well as brings teaching procedures to a greater extent. Therefore, I adjust the concept theory and the meanings of hierarchical teaching on the basis of studying its development of home and abroad by employing documentary study, questionnaire and observational method.
