中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 高校学生思想政治教育与管理工作相结合的研究 摘 要 在改革开放的新的历史时期，针对高校大学生思想政治教育与管理的现状以及大学 生在思想和行为上出现的一些新的问题等， 2004 年 10 月《中共中央国务院关于进一步 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》提出,各高等学校要坚持育人为本、德育为先， 把人才培养作为根本任务，把思想政治教育摆在各项工作的首要位置。《意见》对我国 高校学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的要求。目前高校学生管理还存在许多问题，同时， 对学生管理工作也不容忽视。事实上，对学生的管理过程就是通过思想政治工作对学生 进行教育、引导、规范和服务的过程，鉴此，本文主旨将思想政治教育与学生管理结合 起来；此举必然对解决目前高校所面临的一系列学生管理方面的问题有很大的促进作 用。以教育为先导，管理为基础，将二者有效结合起来，也会促使高校学生管理工作更 好地有效运转，增强教育与管理相结合育人的实效性。 本文主要从三个方面论述了在新时期面临的新挑战，突出了将高校思想政治教育与 学生管理相结合的必要性；从多个方面对高校学生教育管理的现状进行了系统分析。研 究认为“高校思想政治教育未能与学生管理工作有效结合”是导致产生种种问题的根本 原因，并提出了实现二者相结合的建议及具体措施。 关键词：高校；思想政治教育；学生管理 The Research on Combining the College Students’ Ideological and Political Education with Their Management Abstract During the new historical period of reform and opening ,For college students in the ideological and political education and management of the status quo and students in mind and conduct of some new problems,the party and state pay important attention to,In October 2004,《the CPC committee issued the students about the further strengthening and improving ideological and political education of the opinion》the institutions of higher learning shall make a useful lesson,and moral education and training for these trainees peoples fundamental tasks,the ideological and political education in the first place.And to our university students in the ideological and political education new requirement are raised.Also,the administration is also important to college students, and the administration still exist many problems.In fact,the management process through ideological and political work for students,education and guidance and services.Therefore,this theme is to emphasize the ideological and political education with the management combine to solve it now facing a series of the administrative problem is a great impetus；To education for parochial, management, will be based both effective and will manage to college students to work more efficient operation and enhance education and management use
