In the moral education, the college ideological and political education and mental health education occupies a large proportion. Although the fusion of the ideological and political education and mental health education has been macroscopically guided by some policy, in the medium level each college students ideological and political education work operation mechanism has not been changed accordingly in time .And microscopically speaking, the level of ideological and political education educators and the mental health education educators still needs to be improved. In order to promote the confusion of the ideological and political education and mental health education and make the college students psychological health level reach a new height, the research and exploration of this paper are as follows.
