Abst r act
In the process of university interior distribution system reform, the question whether the teachers are motivated effectively or not is an extremely important question. Researching this question may further deepen the reform and improve university internal allowance system, thus achieve to the university teachers’ biggest motivation. Beginning with internal allowance system, this article attempts to construct an integral motivation system about university teachers.
The body of this article is composed of four parts. In the first part, the author elaborates the background of the topic and the related researches in domestic and foreign countries. The university’s recruitment of students scale extended year after year and the strategy of talents strengthen school put forward by the Ministry of Education make the motivation of university teachers gained extensive concern. After summarizing the motivation practice in the domestic and foreign universities and the related theories, the author proposes that it is urgent to establish an effective motivation system of university teachers. In the second part, the author mainly systematically analyzes the motivation actuality of university teachers in our country. Beginning with internal allowance system, the author detailed introduces the practice of several universities in Hebei Province, makes different questionnaires in view of teachers and students, analyzes the collected data by SPSS software and its related softwares, and on this basis, points out the effects and existing problems of internal allowance system. In the third part, the author discusses the reasons why the motivation of university teachers is ineffective under the current system from the aspects of the understanding angle, the system designing angle and the external environment of reform.
