对我国上市公司资本结构优化的研究 　　摘要:资本结构优化问题一直是国内外学者研究的重点。目前,全球金融危机对我国不同行业的上市公司也带来了重大的影响,导致众多企业面临资金链危机,不少企业都在寻求更健康、更适合本企业发展的融资渠道,以完善企业资本结构。本文结合我国上市公司2008年的相关数据,分析了上市公司资本结构现状、存在的问题及其宏观、中观、微观等各层面的原因,并提出了相关优化建议。 　　Abstract: Capital structure optimization has been the focus of study which academics did at home and abroad.
