头穴透刺治疗脑卒中临床的研究 　　(临沂市中医医院,山东276002)　 　　[摘　要]　 脑卒中240例,随机分为治疗组头穴顶颞前斜线透刺120例,头针焦氏运动区治疗60 例为对照 ①组,体针治疗60例为对照②组。治疗30天后,分别对症状、体征、脑血管血液动力学 指标 治疗前后进行观察对照。结果提示本法对脑卒中症状体征的改善、肢体功能活动恢复、脑部 血液循环改善有一定疗效,治疗组与对照①组、对照②组比较治疗效果,差异有非常显著 性意义P0.01,对照①组与对照②组比较P 0.05,差异有显著性意义。 　　[主题词]　脑梗塞/针灸疗法;头针;脑血管循环/针灸效 应;血液动力学 　　Clinical Study on Treatment of Ce rebral Apoplexy with Penetration Needlin g of Scalp Acupoints 　　Sun Huailing,Li Xiangmin(Linyi City Hospital of TCM,Shando ng 276002) 　　[Abstract]　Purpose　To observe thera peutic effect of penetration needling of scalp acupoints on cerebral apoplexy.Methods　Two hundred and fourty cases of cerebral apoplexy were r andomly divided into the treatment group in which 120 cases were treated with pe netration needling on the Anterior Tempo ral Oblique Line,the control group ① in which 60 cases were treated with scalp a cupuncture on Jiao′s Motor Area and the control group ② in which 60 cases treate d with body acupuncture.
