成都市金牛不同办学机构26岁集体儿童体检的的结果分析 　　【摘要】目的：掌握本区2-6岁集体儿童健康状况近三年的变化趋势和不同办学机构儿童健康状况有无差别，及时制定干预措施。方法：比较2009年-2011年不同办学机构2-6岁集体儿童肥胖、低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦、贫血、乳龋、视力不良的检出率有无差异。结果：2009-2011年全区不同办学机构2-6岁集体儿童体格发育状况良好，贫血、视力不良的检出率呈下降趋势，肥胖率略有升高。不同办学机构发病率有显著性差异，教委、单位办园肥胖的发生率高于私人办园，营养不良、贫血的发生率显著低于私人办园。结论：本区2-6岁儿童健康状况良好，体格发育维持较好水平。不同办学机构肥胖、低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦的发病率具有显著性差异，应针对不同办学机构有重点的开展卫生保健工作，消除差异降低发病率。 　　【关键词】集体儿童；不同办学机构；体检结果；分析 　　【中图分类号】R179【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-5511（2012）06-0375-02 　　【Abstract】Objective：to master the tendency of the health states of the aged2-6 years nearly three years in our area and have or not applied of children health between Different educational institution, formulate intervention measures in time.Method：to compare these morbidity of simple obesity ,underweight, stunting, wasting, anemia, dental caries and impaired vision in different educational institution from 2009-2011.Results：① Nearly this three years,the children are healthy in our area , the morbidity rates of collective children including anemia, impaired vision were decreasing in the different educational institution between 2009-2011.②Different educational institution incidence was significant difference, the morbidity of simple obesity in education commission and the unit kindergarten is more than that in private kindergarten, malnutrition and anemia significantly below the incidence of private kindergarten. Conclusion：the health states of collective is in good condition in our area, and various statistical rate go into decline.
