(The consistency results obtained at the different times and the different operators). Methods: During March to September 2014, of Guiyang Medical College Ima ge section were randomly have been selected 83 sample in total as research ob ject, and then different doctor was divided into four groups, and assess the liv er elasticity of 83 volunteers respectively. 11 elastic modules from RTE were used to calculate their liver fibrosis and index by multiple step wise regression analysis equation which was used as an RTE indicator; MEAN form SWE w as consulted to calculate Young’s modulus as an index of SWE. Reproducibilit y was in different four groups of operators applying SWE and RTE by analysi s variance, through the operation initial checking of four groups, there were data of two groups for different time periods,then using paired T tests and ANOVA analy sis comparing the same operations during different period of time consistency,The n Kendall and Friedman test collaborative approach between the different operators of the coefficient of uniformity.. Results: The reproducibility comparison of differ ent operators have been using same the technology in different times with T te st method derive P-value of RTE technology and SWE technology demonstrate s the difference in the consistency in different periods of RTE of handler Sam e operators in different time period have been using analysis of variance, RTE and S WE data obtained in different time periods, there is no difference.Using the Friedm an test and Kendall coefficient of synergy between different
