万方数据 万方数据 摘要 上海师范大学硕士学位论文 5.影响上海市高中生运动经历的丰富程度的影响因素是多方面的，其中对体 育运动自主锻炼意愿的强弱，空余时间的多少和身体素质的好坏对于高中生运动 经历的丰富程度产生的影响较大。 根据以上研究结果笔者提出了关于提高上海市高中生运动经历的相应策略： 培养学生运动兴趣，提高学生体育意识；推进体育教学改革，持续落实教学成果； 保障学生运动场地器械和营造良好的体育外部环境；整合社会资源形成学校、社 会、家庭联动机制；制定运动经历评价标准，落实评价体系等。 希望本文的研究能对上海市高中生运动经历的提高提供参考,以达到培养学 生终生体育意识,养成锻炼习惯，提高青少年学生的体能素质的目的。 关键词：上海市；高中生；运动经历；现状；对策 II Shanghai Normal University Master of Philosophy Abstract Abstract Accompany with the continuous development of economic society in our country, peoples physical condition is in sub-health serious imbalance (body) more than half, in the global campaign for more than 60% of adults is insufficient, the physical health of teenagers is not optimistic, however, the heavy academic pressure and the influence of social and family lead to lack of necessary physical exercise and study.
