Educational equality as the extension and development of equality concept is the dream that human society diligently strives a白er. With the rapid development of human society in 20th century， higher education has entered the central society from the frontier society，thus higher education has become the most important component for the entire society. Pursuing for higher educatìon equality ìs the effective method for the realizatìon of social equality. On the one hand，since the popularization of Chinese higher education has been realized ，由e expansion of Chinese higher education dimension provides more chances for Chinese people to attain higher education，on the other hand，since more and rnore people can accept higher education in China，higher education has played an important part in continuing social lives and accelerating indivìdual development.
