PAGE PAGE IV The study of occupational health management situation and solutions in township enterprises Abstract The study of occupational health management situation and solutions in township enterprises Abstract Objective: Refer to state relevant regulations, quantitatively score enterprise occupational health management records and analyze the score results, understand present situation of enterprise occupational health management to study current situation, prevention and solutions of occupational health in township enterprises, which provides references for enterprise’s internal management and government supervision. Methods: Through data sampling method to investigate enterprise occupational health situation at one town in Kunshan City. Using stratified sampling method, spot check six large enterprises, six medium-sized enterprises, six small enterprises and six micro-enterprises, investigate each specific information of occupational health management records. According to 13 normative rules about Enterprise’s Occupational Health Management to determine its qualified rate, according to the judgment results, analyze the establishment and implementation situation of enterprise’s occupational health system at one town in Kunshan City and understand the weaknesses of enterprise’s occupational health management system. Results: ( 1 )The top 3 of total average score about first-grade index qualified rate are occupational hazard reporting system (Abbreviations are used for the following systems) , monitoring evaluation, hazard informing. Average scores about first-grade index qualified rate in large, medium, small and micro-enterprises are 0.910,0.832,0.615,0.452 respectively. ( 2 ) The lowest total average score of second-grade index qualified rate is from routine monitoring , the score is 0.250.
