残障人专用生活起居床电气控制部分的研制 残障人专用生活起居床电气控制部分的研制 THE RESEARCH OF ThE PART OF ELECTRICAL CONTROL FOR LIVING BED DEDICATED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE ABSTRACT With the ever-changing of science and technology and the rapidly rising of living standards, peoples health protection have become increasingly demanding, while the convenience of lives of the disabled and rehabilitation aids requirements are getting higher and higher, which requires us to enhance the level of rehabilitation aids to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities. The living bed that dedicated for disabled people has modular design technology of ergonomics, which can achieve functions such as rising, turning over, auxiliary defecating, handling of dirt, folding and moving. It is on the basis of the existing medical care facilities, considering of human design factors, set the exchange, fitness, self-recovery as one. Therefore, the living bed dedicated for disabled people can fully satisfy the demands of the disables’ daily living, improving the living standard of the disabled in our country. And this will helps to enhance the overall quality of Chinas population, but also enhancing the ability of research and innovation in the field of rehabilitation aids, promoting Chinas Rehabilitation assistive device industry to develop healthily and also can promoting the rehabilitation aids device industry of our country. This paper studies the part of electrical control of the living bed that dedicated for disabled people. The electrical control of the living bed is mainly controlled by ATmega16 single-chip computer system. The main body of the electrical control is composed by the host computer, lower computer and drive circuit. The host computer sends commands to the lower computer by serial communication. When the lower computer receives the commands it sends the commands to the drive circuit, so that the functions of the living bed can be reached.
