某高校女职工妇科体检的的结果分析 　　[摘要]目的 了解高校女职工妇科体检结果，从而对妇科常见病进行早发现、早治疗。 方法 对我校2013年参加体检的654名女职工进行妇科检查，包括彩超、宫颈刮片检查等，观察妇科疾病类型以及不同年龄发病率上的差异。 结果 654名女职工中共检查妇科疾病347名，检出率为53.06%，其中发病居于前3位的分别为乳腺增生23.55%（154/654）、子宫肌瘤12.39%（81/654）、阴道炎9.17%（60/654）；乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤在30～45岁发病率明显高于45岁以上患者，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 高校女职工妇科疾病发病率较高，应加强对妇科病的关注，定期体检以早发现、早治疗。 　　[关键词] 高校；女职工；妇科；体检 　　[中图分类号] R173 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）04-75-03 　　Analysis on the results of gynecological physical examination for university female staff 　　CHEN Lijuan 　　School Infirmary， Zhanjiang Normal University， Zhanjiang 524048， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the results of gynecological physical examination for university female staff and to achieve early detection and early treatment for frequently seen diseases in gynecology. Methods 654 members of female staff from our university participated in a gynecological physical examination in 2013 and the examination entailed color Doppler ultrasound， cervical smear， and other tests. The differences between diseases and incidence rates at different ages were observed. Results 347 in 654 members of staff were detected to have gynecological diseases， and the detection rate was 53.06%. The three diseases with highest incidence rate were hyperplasia of mammary glands， uterus myoma and vaginitis， and their incidence rates were 23.55%（154/654）， 12.39%（81/654）， and 9.17% （60/654） respectively； the incidence rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands and uterus myoma among patients between 30-45 years of age was significantly higher than that among patients over 45 years of age， and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The incidence rate of gynecological diseases among university female staff is relatively high. Therefore， the attention on gynecological diseases should be enhanced and physical examination should be carried out periodically so as to achieve early detection and early treatment. 　　[Key words] University； Female staff； Gynecology； Phys
