Dissertation for the Master Degree in Architecture RESERCH ON DESIGN OF CHILDREN HOSPITAL BUILDINGS Candidate： Candidate： Feng Qianhui Supervisor： Prof. Li Guiwe Academic Degree Applied for： Master of Archi Specialty： Architecture de Affiliation： School of Archi Date of Oral Examination： Mar, 2008 University： Harbin Institute tecture sign and theory tecture of Technology 摘 要 儿童医院建筑是社会文明进步的重要标志之一，它的发展与人民生活水 平息息相关。目前我国的儿童医院状况仍明显滞后于时代的发展，其设计理 念与国外相比还有很大差距。因此探索适合我国国情、符合医疗建筑发展的 设计之路显得尤为重要。 创造良好的儿童就医环境，满足患儿生理、心理需求，把医院变成“健 康乐园”的理念已成为现代儿童医院设计的宗旨。医学界涌动着回归童心、 回归自然、回归家庭的思想。同时，关注患儿及家属的心理行为、以及兼顾 医护人员为出发点的设计理念也被提到了与“生物—医疗—理念”等同的高 度。作为关注少年儿童的社会性兼备医疗保健及预防几大功能的儿童医院建 筑,其空间环境作为一种特殊的生理、心理治疗手段，逐渐成为人们所关注 的焦点。可以肯定，创造活泼优美、适宜少年儿童的就医环境必将成为今后 儿童医院建筑设计的发展方向。 本文从儿童、医生、及患者家属的三维视角出发,运用儿童心理学、环 境行为学、医院建筑空间设计等理论,采用“理论—实证—策略”的研究思路, 对儿童医院受众人群进行分析，并主要研究患儿行为心理、患儿所需空间形 态构成,以及儿童与就医活动环境之间的互动关系进行了分析。针对目前儿 童医院建筑中存在的诸多问题,做了大量的实地调查和问卷访问。针对这些 现实中的问题,结合我国现阶段儿童医院建筑开发的现状,参考国内外儿童医 院建筑的成功案例,提出了患儿的心理适应性对空间环境的要求以及儿童特 质空间研究。进行更为人性化的儿童医院建筑空间环境设计。强调以人为 本，寓教于医，快乐就医。并使之成为令患儿得到有效诊治并缓解精神压力 的健康场所。 关键词 ：儿童医院；患儿心理行为；空间设计；环境设计 Abstract The architecture design of children’s hospital is a symbol of civilization. Its development is highly relevant to the living standards. Nowadays, the design of the children’s hospital is obviously behind the development the times, and the concept of design is also not as advanced as that in western countries. As a result, it is of great important to find a way to develop the design of hospital to make it suitable for the current situation of China and the development of the architecture of hospitals. To create good surroundings to meet the physical and psychological requirements of the sick children and to make the hospital a “paradise of health” becomes to be the principle of the design of the children hospital.
