Research and application of compound public space of Creative Industry District Office in Professional: Landscape Architecture Name: Yang Bo Instructor: Professor Yang Haozhong Abstract The external landscape design of office in innovative industry is an essential part of urban landscape. The design comibned both commercial and social elements. With the years of technology and design development, the office area has become inseparable with our dily lives, and the significance of the design has merged into every bit of us. Because of this kind of compound and multifunctional space is designed, the signal activity is mutiplied and diversified. The working environment have been involved with restaurants, swimming pool, fitness club and entertaining area, thus all other living needs of people can be satisfied at work. The external enviornment design of office in innovative industry has been conducted through translating, dividing and analysing the needs of people work inside the office. The service is mainly people-oriented. The spiritual and material demands of people is being analysed in the purpose of eliminating the pressure. The paper also studies space division method and how to improve the ambience. Design considering specific demands of people working in the office is the basic principle for the compound public space. The concept of compound public space is introduced to cure the tiredness from work and enhance the idea exchange among colleagues. Working area, recreational area and chatting area are the combination of materials and spirits. Dull and nervous working area has been changed into a more delightful place and design principle “people-oriented” has been presented.
