摘 要 摘 要 随着老年人口规模的日益扩大与人口老龄化程度的不断加深，如何应对人口老龄带 来的一系列消极影响，成为了世界各国共同面对的一个重大课题。面对老龄化，各国的 学者不断的提出对于老年以及老龄社会的新观点、新对策，为研究老龄化提供新的方向。 早在 1961 年，R.J.Havighurst 便较为系统的阐述了“成功老龄化”的思想。20 世纪 80 年代末与 90 年代初，作为应对人口老龄化的全球性战略与政策，“健康老龄化”思想应 运而生。2002 年在第二届世界老龄大会上，基于人们对老年人作用的认可和对老年人权 利的承认，“积极老龄化”作为行动纲领被写入了政治宣言。生产性老龄化正是一种积 极老龄化的视角，它强调的是老年人日常生活的生产性和社会参与性。生产性老龄化作 为一种新兴的研究领域，在我国的研究也是刚刚开展，理论尚未成熟。 本文以“生产性老龄化”的思想为主要线索，对生产性老龄化的有关理念进行了详 细的阐述。文章通过分析生产性老龄化的定义、价值及其实践，总结出生产性老龄化的 三种实现方式和三种实现途径。面对我国严峻的老龄化形势，文章用“生产性老龄化” 的理念来探讨我国在新形势下应对老龄问题应该采取的新对策。通过研究生产性老龄化 的新视角，致力于构造一种具有生产性的社会体系，从而用一种更积极和具有建设性的 态度来重新认识老龄社会，进而指导我们对于老年人的生产性潜力进行大力开发，为我 们探究如何解决老龄问题提供新的途径。 关键词 生产性老龄化 劳动参与 志愿活动 老年教育 Abstract Abstract With the growing elderly population and the deepening of the degree of population aging, and how to respond to a series of negative effects brought about by the aging population has become a major issue facing all countries in the world. Faced with aging, the national scholars proposed new point of view for the elderly as well as the aging society, new strategies, new direction for the study of aging.
