expression in transplanted tumor of E-cadherin ABSTRACT Objective: The research Ehuang Decoction retention enema in treatment of colon cancer SW480 expression in transplanted tumor of human E-cadherin,To investigate the expression of E-cadherin in tumor growth, invasion, metastasis of mechanism, and further provide theoretical basis for the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract. Material and methods: Choose healthy SPF 2 BALB/c mice,female,age 4-6 weeks,body weight of 20± 2g;40 healthy SD rats,weighing(180±15)g.Inoculating SW480 colon cancer orthotopic transplantation tumor,after the success of modeling,according to the random number table grouping method 40 healthy SD rats were divided into 4 groups,with 10 rats in each group:group A:model control group;group B:positive control group;group C:Ehuang Decoction high dose group;group D:Ehuang Decoction low dose group.Fasting 24h after inoculation,drug treatment to normal feed water 7d.Group A:model control group,with sterile water for injection by 10ml/kg·QD enema;group B:positive control group,intraperitoneal injection of 5-FU,the dosage is 50mg/kg·QOD;group C:Ehaung Decoction high dose group,2ml(8g)/qd·only weight enema;group D:Curcuma Decoction low dose group,2ml(0.8g)/qd ·only weight enema.Continuous administration of 14d in each group were decapitated the rats,dissected and the tumor tissue weighing,removal of thymus,spleen weight,inhibition rate,thymus index,spleen index were calculated.Analysis of E-cadherin expression in transplanted tumor tissues by EnvisionTM two step method,to investigate the effect of Ehaung Decoction on human colorectal cancer SW480 xenograft tumor invasion,metastasis,and the mechanism is discussed. Results: 1, Ehuang Decoction can improve the general living conditions of SW480 transplanted tumor in rats; 2, Ehuang Decoction can inhibit tumor growth of SW480 xenograft tumor rats; 3, Ehuang Decoction high and low dose group inhibition rates were 26.59%、 15.51%; 4, Ehuang Decoction
