It has become a trend of our countrys pension services. But at present, our country community home endowment service development level is not high, there are still many needs to improve. Questionnaire, the author through to the H community of J town respectively for the elder, and community workers and community health posts, head of the interviews, to understand the current situation, the elderly community elderly endowment of home endowment service demand and supply situation of the community. At present, many factors led to the family endowment service supply. However, social work of professional methods and skill can make up for these deficiencies. From the perspective of social work and demonstrates the social work intervention in the necessity and feasibility of the pension that occupy the home, set out to comfort team negative emotions, improve interpersonal skills, and to establish a healthy lifestyle as the target of group activities plan, in intervention group, on the basis of assessment summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of group work in, in order to consolidate and improve the effect of intervention of social work.
