Reflection and Reconstruction:Research on the Speech Problem in Educational communication ABSTRAT Language is not only the materialized expression of subject’s thought as a meaningful symbol, but also a form of expression of subject’s self—life activity as a communicational medium or tool between subjects. Real educational communication can be realized only when language as a medium is changed into speech. The speech is the expression of existing thing and generating of sense ,the course of displaying the self—life through the subjects’ dialogue, which involves a specified purpose. At present, the speech in educational communication has got into a dilemma because of its loss and alienation. The features of the dilemma are as follows: to the subject of speech, more hegemony on teachers’ discourse and less dialogue between teachers and students ;to the goal of speech ,more value of tools and less value of purpose; to the content of speech ,more stress on the origin and less attention on the use ;to the course of speech ,more sensation and perception and less experience; to the comprehension of speech ,more conforming and less producing .The cause of speech dilemma includes that education are straying away from the real life—world ,the efficiencism in the orientation of educational value, the spreading of teacher’s authority and rationalistic tendency of class management .Therefore, we must get rid of the centralization of authority, strengthen the dialogue between the teachers and students; reconstruct the environment for speech, stimulate the sense of subjectivity; enrich the content of language ,pay attention to the experience and generation; return to the life—world ,pursue the sense of human—life .
