Abstract Corruption has been a crucial social problem for all countries and is considered as social detriment, which seriously harm our life and regime stability and even hinder social development sometime. With the rapid development of our politic and economic reform, social circumstance become more complex, thus the corruption problem turns to be a focus of our society. China as a developing country, regards the corruption problem with highest priority. Whether our party and government handle this problem properly in this transient period is vital to our economic development and social stability. Effectively punishing and preventing corruption is the challenge to our Party and government. As the science and technology develop, corruption behavior become more intelligent, underground and using hi-tech, thus present enormous complexity to our anti-corruption situation. Constructing Combating Corruption and Upholding Integrity Information System under such circumstance is not only an attempt to combat corruption with an innovative method but also meet the current social development trend. Combating Corruption and Upholding Integrity Information System applys advanced information technology and hi-tech measure to punish and prevent corruption timely and accurately, avoiding the deficiency of traditional method and expanding the channel for anti-corruption. Based on information technology, Combating Corruption and Upholding Integrity Information System mainly includes following content: （1）Process relevant resources scientificly with established information collecting, processing, sharing and opening platform. （2）Implicating current technology deepen Combating Corruption and Upholding Integrity Information System function and expand its application situation by optimizing subsystem function and integrating subsystem.
