ABSTRACT The so-called corruption, the original meaning is the rot of organic matter. In the social areas of life, corruption is often used as a political concept. In general, corruption means that the public interests is harmed by the abuse of the public power. Corruption is a global issue, which is widely found in the world, even some developed western countries with perfect legal systems and strict management also have varying degrees of corruption. Historically, the dynasties declined by the corruption are numerous; Today, for the same reason, presidents encountered impeachment, political parties lost their ruling status, some nations face separatism, some countries tend to disintegrate,all of those are uncommon. Therefore, in order to prevent corruption, all countries attach great importance to the national education, just countries with different social systems and different values have different educational goals, methods and contents they promote and implement. China is a socialist country ,which is under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the people are the masters, all power belongs to the people, corruption is the serious violation of law. The nature of the party and the state determines that they are incompatible with all negative and corrupt phenomenas. The study of the political and ideological education in combating corruption and building a clean government ,which is conducive to building a clean government , promoting the anti-corruption work，establishing and perfecting a punishment and anti-corruption system which puts equal emphasis on education, institution and supervision；which is beneficial to improve the governance capability, maintain the advanced nature of the Communist Party, consolidate the state power of the peoples democratic dictatorship; which is propitious to practice the operation of the ideological and political education and enhance the effectiveness of them.
