淄博市已婚育龄妇女乳腺常见病的现状及相关因素的研究 　　【摘要】目的:了解淄博市已婚育龄妇女乳腺常见病的患病情况及相关的影响因素,探讨提高基层妇女乳腺常见病防治水平,为政府决策提供依据。方法 采用整群随机抽样方法在全市抽取已婚育龄妇女6646例进行问卷调查、乳腺检查和设备检查,对结果进行数据的统计分析。 结果:乳腺疾病患病率为36.73 %,乳腺常见前5位疾病依次为乳腺增生症40.75%;乳腺纤维腺瘤1.86%;乳腺囊肿0.42%;乳管内乳头状瘤0.29% 乳腺癌0.12%;31～40岁年龄组的妇女、大专及以上教育程度、居住在城镇、人工流产多以及月经紊乱是乳腺疾病发生的危险因素。结论 妇女乳腺疾病是妇女常见病防治的重要内容,应进一步提高育龄期妇女的避孕保健服务质量,提高妇女自我保健意识,对乳腺常见病相关影响因素进行有效的预防和干预。 　　【关键词】育龄妇女;乳腺常见病;相关因素;研究 　　Study of the satus of married childbearing age women,s common breast disease and related factors in Zibo 　　XIE Xiulu WANG JinPing LI JinBiao CHEN JiuWei 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo master the status of common breast diseases and related factors of married women at reproductive age in Zibo. In order to findWays of improving the level ofbasiswomens prevention and treatment of common diseases andprovide a basis of take targeted measures for government. Methods To aggregated and analyzed the breast survey results of cluster random sampling method in the citys 6646 cases of extraction of married women of reproductive age conducted a questionnaire survey, Breast examination and equipment inspection.ResultsThe prevalence of breast disease is 36.73% , The top 5 Breast commonbreast disease were hyperplasia ( 40.75%), breast fibroadenoma(1.86%), breast cyst (0.42%), intraductal papilloma (0.29%),breast cancer (0.12%).
