桂芍知母汤联合来氟米特治疗急性类风湿关节炎的的疗效观察 　　【摘 要】目的：观察中药经典方桂芍知母汤联合来氟米特治疗急性期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方 　　法：将80例急性期类风湿关节炎患者按就诊时间顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予来氟米特每日20 mg治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用桂芍知母汤治疗，两组根据病情需要应用非甾体类抗炎药（双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊每日75 mg）或小剂量激素每日7.5 mg，不超过4周治疗。两组疗程均为12周。对两组患者6周、12周临床疗效相关指标进行比较。结果：在各观察指标方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（P 0.05）。结论：中药桂芍知母汤联合来氟米特治疗急性期类风湿关节炎可明显减少来氟米特副作用，提高治疗敏感性，中西医结合总体治疗疗效安全可靠、迅速并且稳定。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，类风湿；急性期；中西医结合；桂芍知母汤；来氟米特 　　Observing the Clinical Efficacy of Guishao Zhimu Decoction Combined with Leflunomide in the Treatment of Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis 　　Li Wen-yan，Song Guo-ping，Cao Li-xia，Li Guang-lai，Zhao Wen-xin，Zhou Quan，Zou Yu-qin， 　　He Cheng-bin，Zhao Zhen-xin，Zhou Sheng-chao 　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To observe the clinical curative efficacy of classical guishao zhimu decoction combined with leflunomide in treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis.Methods： 80 cases of actue rheumatoid arthritis according to the visiting sequence were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with leflunomide，20 mg a day，while the treatment group were given guishao zhimu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Two groups according to the condition of application of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs（diclofenac sodium dual release enteric-coated capsules，75 mg a day）or low dose glucocorticoids 7.5 mg a day，Less than 4 weeks of treatment，12 weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment 6，12 weeks，observing and comparing the curative effect index of two groups.Results：The treatment group was better than the control group on the observation index（P 0.05）. 　　Conclusion：Guishao zhimu decoction combined with leflunomide in the treatment of patients with acute rheumatoid arthritis can significantly reduce the side effect of leflunomide，Improve the therapeutic sensitivity.The curative effec of Chinese-western medicine treatment was safe and reliable， fast and stable. 　　【Key words】 arthritis，rheumatoid；actue stage；combinat
