综合心理护理干预在乳腺癌改良根治术患者中的应用效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用综合心理护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取本院2011年1月-2013年1月实施乳腺癌改良根治术患者82例，根据随机数字表将其分为对照组和实验组，其中对照组采用常规的护理方式，试验组采用综合心理护理干预，观察并比较两组患者住院前后的焦虑状态以及患者的满意度。结果：两组患者对术后乳房缺失接受率和术后放化疗的接受率比较差异无统计学意义，但实验组的术后疗效担忧率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组经过综合心理护理干预后焦虑状态得到有效改善，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组的总体满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在乳腺癌改良根治术中引进综合心理护理干预可有效减少患者的焦虑心理，提升患者满意度，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 综合心理护理干预； 乳腺癌； 改良根治术 　　Evaluation on Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Nursing Intervention for Modified Radical Mastectomy in Breast Cancer Patients/WANG Jun-qin.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（31）：094-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the nursing effects of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention for modified radical mastectomy in breast cancer patients. Method： 82 breast cancer patients treated by modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 were selected， they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random digital table. The control group （41 cases） was treated by routine care， while the experimental group （41 cases） was treated by comprehensive psychological nursing intervention， the anxiety before and after hospitalization and patient’s satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Result： Experimental group showed improvement in their anxiety state after the nursing intervention， compared with the control group （P0.05）. In addition， the rate of satisfaction increased.
