规律间歇负压吸引装置临床的应用的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探索分析规律间歇负压吸引装置在临床上的使用效果。 方法 选择我院收治的产生手术深度创面的患者作为研究对象并进行分组治疗，对照组应用常规方式引流，研究组应用规律、间歇负压装置引流。将两组研究对象的创面治疗有效率、换药次数、愈合时间、疼痛情况以及换药费用进行对比分析。 结果 研究组有效率为95.00%，显著高于对照组的50.00%；研究组患者的换药次数、愈合时间以及治疗时间均显著少于对照组，其疼痛分值均显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 应用规律间歇负压封闭引流技术对手术创面患者进行处理，可以显著加快创面愈合，有效减轻患者疼痛，具有极大的推广应用价值。 　　[关键词] 负压吸引；深度创面；创面修复；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R472.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）13-205-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of intermittent negative pressure suction device. Methods Patients with deep operative wounds who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and they were allocated to two groups to receive treatment.The control group was received conventional drainage way while the study group was received drainage with intermittent negative pressure suction device according to applicative rules.Effective rate of wound treatment，frequency of dressing change times，healing time，pain and dressing cost of research objects in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Effective rate of the study group was 95% which was significantly higher than that of the control group 50%.Frequency of dressing change times，healing time and treatment time of patients in the study groups were significantly less than those in the control group.The pain scores of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of drainage technique in intermittent negative pressure suction device to deal with operative wounds can significantly accelerate wound healing，effectively reduce the pain of patients and has great value of promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Negative pressure suction；Deep wound；Wound repair；Clinical effect 　　近年来，接受手术治疗的患者显著增加，临床常见深度创面显著增多。由于多种原因导致患者创面的血运低、营养差，较长时间难以完全愈合，造成持续性痛苦，严重影响患者健康，也带来了不小的经济压力[1-2]。采用有效方式对创面进行处理，对于巩固手术效果、促进患者尽快康复具有极为重要的现实意义。我院积极开展该项研究，应用规律间歇负压引流装置对患者手术创面进行处理，
