芜湖文化公园酒店超限高层抗震的设计 　　【摘要】：芜湖文化公园酒店采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构，本项目为体型特别不规则的超限高层建筑，存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、刚度突变等多项不规则情况。针对结构体系和超限情况，采用基于性能的抗震设计方法，对结构整体和重要构件提出了合理的抗震性能设计目标。结构设计时从抗震概念设计出发，采用不同计算软件进行分析，对工程进行小震弹性分析，弹性时称分析，中震弹性和中震不屈服判断分析、大震弹塑性分析，并补充风荷载作用下结构分析和楼板应力分析，找到了结构的抗震薄弱环节，采用有针对性的抗震加强措施，从而确保了结构的抗震安全性，使结构能够实现预定的性能目标 　　【关键词】超限高层建筑 框架-核心筒 抗震性能化设计 弹性分析 静力弹塑性分析 　　中图分类号： TU97 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 　　 　　 　　Seismic design of tall Building beyond the code-specification of Wuhu Culture Park Hotel 　　Tian Ye 　　(The Architectural Design Research Institute of Tongji University，Shanghai 20092，China) 　　Abstract：The structural system of Wu Culture Pake Hotel is frame-corewall reinforced concrete structure，the project is a complicated tall building with a special irregular type，which involves torsional irregularity、partially discontinous floor、larger stiffness mutation and a number of irregular items. According to structural system and transfinite，performance-based seismic design method was adopted during the design process，take reasonable seismic performance objective to the whole structure and the important components. Based on structural seismic conception design，the structure was analyzed by various computing softwares，elastic analysis under frequent earthquake，elastic time history analysis，elastic design of esoecially important components and yielding identification analysis under medium earthquake，static elastic-plastic pushover analysis under rare earthquake were carried out，controlled by wind load of the structuree and the stress of floor were analyzed supplementally，weak portions of the structure have been found，specialized seismic fortification measures were applied to ensure the seismic safety of building and the performance objective of the structure can be realized。 　　Keyword：tall building beyond the code-specification；frame-core wall structure； performance-based seismic design ；elastic analysis ；static elastic-plastic analysis 　　1 工程概况 　　安徽芜湖文化公园及配套项目是一个集文化剧院、商业、酒店及住宅于一体的新型建筑综合体。工程位于安
