胰岛素泵合用二甲双胍缓释片治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨对新诊断2型糖尿病患者选择胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片加以治疗后获得的临床效果。 方法 选择该院2014年3月―2016年7月收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者112例作为研究对象；所有新诊断2型糖尿病患者选择抽签分组的方法；对照组：胰岛素泵；观察组：胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片；对比两组新诊断2型糖尿病患者生理指标评价结果。 结果 在生理指标评价结果方面，观察组优于对照组新诊断2型糖尿病患者非常明显（P0.05）。结论 对于新诊断2型糖尿病患者的基本表现加以分析，合理选择胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片进行治疗，可以获得显著的血糖控制效果，凸显胰岛素泵+二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 胰岛素泵；二甲双胍缓释片；新诊断2型糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）01（a）-0111-02 　　Observation on Curative Effect of Insulin Pump and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes 　　Nuerkamali?Wayihan 　　Harbahe People’s Hospital， Aletai， Xinjiang， 836700 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of insulin pump and Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 112 cases of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups， the control group were treated with insulin pump， while the observation group were treated with insulin pump and metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets， and the physical index evaluation results were compared between the two groups. Results The physical index evaluation results in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The analysis of basic manifestations of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and rational choice of insulin pump and metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for treatment can obtain an obvious blood sugar control effect and make the effect of insulin pump and Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes prominent. 　　[Key words] Insulin pump； Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets； Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes 　　?T多2型糖尿病患者在选择胰岛素泵加以治疗过程中，往往会表现出胰岛素泵抵抗的情况，从而导致在对患者治疗期间，患者较易表现出体重异常上升的情况或者表现出高
