Methods 100 patients with gallstones from December 2015 to December 2016v discharged from the hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in observation group were treated with the whole quality nursing. The psychological status score, quality of life scores and satisfaction with the nursing work of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of the psychological status of the observation group were better than tht of the control group (P0. 05) .The physical function, psychological function, social function and material life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05) . The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the observation group was 98. 00%, which was better than that of the control group (P0.05) . Conclusion The whole-quality nursing for patients discharged from the gallbladder stone surgery can improve the anxiety and depression of the patients, improve the quality of life of the patients, and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
