超声联合C反应蛋白等检测对前列腺增生诊断价值的研究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨超声联合超敏反应C蛋白（hs-CRP）、前列腺抗原（PSA）检测应用于前列腺增生的诊断。方法：选取2010年1月-2015年6月间我院临床确诊的78例前列腺增生患者作为观察组，选取同时期于我院行男性健康体检人群71例作为对照组，比较两组的Hs-CRP、PSA、IPSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿、Qmax，比较前列腺增生患者不同hs-CRP的各参数情况，比较联合检测与单一检测检出率。结果：观察组患者的Hs-CRP、PSA、IPSS评分、前列腺体积、残余尿均明显大于对照组，Qmax明显小于对照组，Hs-CRP?R3.0mg/L组患者的年龄、PSA、前列腺体积以及IPSS评分均明显大于Hs-CRP3.0mg/L组，采用单一PSA检测的检出率为71.79%（56/78），单一hs-CRP检测的检出率为78.21%（61/78），单一前列腺超声检测的检出率为84/62%（66/78），超声联合PSA以及hs-CRP的检出率为96.15%（75/78），采用超声联合PSA、hs-CRP检测前列腺增生的检出率显著高于单一检测（P0.05）。结论：超声联合hs-CRP、PSA检测前列腺增生具有重要的临床价值。 　　【关键词】超声；C-反应蛋白；前列腺增生 　　Value of ultrasound combined with C reactive protein in diagnosis of hyperplasia of prostate gland 　　You Zhixin，Zhang Xiaoxiang，Zhang Dongli，Qu Weilong 　　Department of Urology，Second Peoples Hospital of Kunshan City，Jiangsu Province，JiangSu Kunshan 215300 　　Abstract：objective：To study The diagnosis value for prostatic hyperplasia of using ultrasonic joint c-reactive protein and prostate antigen（PSA）detection.Methods：Selected 78 prostatic hyperplasia patients form January 2010 to June 2015 in our hospital who was clinical diagnosed as observation group，selected 71 health check-up people at the same time who was men as control group，compared Hs - CRP，PSA，IPSS score，prostate，residual urine volume，Qmax of two groups，compare parameters of different prostate hyperplasia accorded to different Hs-CRP group，compare detection rate of joint inspection and single detection.Results：Hs-CRP，PSA，IPSS score，prostate volume，residual urine were significantly greater in the observation group than the control group，Qmax was significantly less，the patients? age，PSA，prostate volume and IPSS score were significantly greater in Hs - CRP ?R 3.0 mg/L group of than the Hs - CRP 3.0 mg/L group，detection rate of single PSA testing was 71.79%（56/78），single Hs - CRP testing was 78.21%（61/78），single prostate ultrasound testing is 84 62%（66/78），ultrasonic joint PSA and Hs - CRP detection rate was 96.15%（75/78），detection rate of the ult
