肝动脉介入联合靶向治疗结肠癌肝转移80例临床的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究肝动脉介入治疗联合靶向治疗结肠癌肝转移的临床效果及不良反应。方法 选取我院的80例结肠癌肝转移患者，按照治疗方法的不同，对照组给予肝动脉介入治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予靶向治疗，观察两组患者的临床效果及不良反应。 结果 两组患者治疗后的总有效率比较（χ2=6.9520，P=0.0084），1年生存率比较（χ2=4.7760，P=0.0289），2年生存率比较（χ2=5.6144，P=0.0178），3年生存率比较（χ2=4.3988，P=0.0360），5年生存率比较（χ2=4.4443，P=0.0350），差异具有统计学意义。两组患者在不良反应比较上无显著差异。 结论 肝动脉介入治疗联合靶向治疗结肠癌肝转移，效果较好，显著延长患者的寿命，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 肝动脉介入；靶向治疗；结肠癌肝转移 　　[中图分类号] R735.35[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）18-0026-04 　　 　　Clinical research on hepatic artery intervention combining targeted therapy on 80 patients with hepatic metastasis of colonic carcinoma 　　YE Quanzhong1 CHENG Jin1 ZHAN Yinchu2 　　1.Department of Gastroenterology，Quzhou City Peoples Hospital of Zhejiang Province，Quzhou324000，China；2.
