食品安全供应链的研究 　　摘 要：食品安全问题不仅关系到群众的饮食安全和身体健康，更与社会的稳定和人民群众对我国食品产业的信心有关。本文首先介绍了美国食品安全问题的解决办法，然后指出了我国食品安全供应链的发展现状，最后针对食品安全供应链问题提出了对策与建议：（1）建立食品供应链的安全通道；（2）完善食品检验检测体系、推广HACCP制度和完善食品安全风险评估体系；（3）建立健全各类法律法规，完善监管机构的法律地位。 　　关键词：食品安全；供应链；建议 　　中图分类号：F259.22 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2018.01.010 　　Abstract： Food safety was not only related to the food safety and health of the masses， but also with social stability and peoples confidence in the food industry in our country.
