金峡桃叶橙品比试验的研究 　　摘要：通过在宜昌秭归桃叶橙试验基地群体选优，从桃叶橙18号中选育出一个少核优良品种金峡桃叶橙。为揭示该品种的来源，对其在秭归进行了连续3年的品比试验研究。结果表明，该品种在果实种子数量上显著少于桃叶橙18号，且在枝、叶、花、果和产量等方面都与对照品种桃叶橙18号在部分数量性状上存在一定的差异，但其生物学特性和结果习性则基本与对照相同，通过对两个品种的性状描述比较和DNA分子鉴定，可以证明金峡桃叶橙为桃叶橙18号的大果型少核芽变品种，它既保持了桃叶橙18号的优良品质，又具备了少核性?睿?是桃叶橙18号比较理想的优良芽变品种。 　　关键词：桃叶橙[Citrus sinensis （Linn.） Osbeck cv. To reveal the source of the new sweet orange，variety comparative test on the new strain had been conducted for three years in Zigui area. The results showed that seed numbers of the new strain were significantly less than that of the control，and the fractional quantitative trait performance of shoots，leaves，flowers，fruits and yield of the new strain were founded some differences with those of the control. However，the biological characteristic and bearing habit were almost the same between them. Through the cultivar character comparison and DNA molecular identification， it can be proved that the new strain is probably a bud mutant of large few-seediness-fruited cultivar. Because of its excellent fruit quality and large few-seediness character，it should be a rather ideal new strain of sweet orange germplasm. 　　Key words： Taoye orange[Citrus sinensis （Lin
