骨质疏松相关蛋白RANKOPG的研究进展 　　摘要：随着人口老龄化的加剧，骨质疏松症发病率逐年增高，已严重威胁国人的健康。研究发现RANK/RANKL/OPG系统在阐明骨质疏松症发生机制方面具有重大意义，特别是RANKL/OPG比率的改变可以直接影响破骨细胞的发育， 从而影响骨代谢。 　　关键词：骨质疏松；RANK/OPG；调控 　　Abstract：As the population aging intensifies， Osteoporosis incidence increases year by year， which has a serious threat to people，s health.
