不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女性激素相关血清离子及骨代谢指标剖析 　　【摘要】目的 分析不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女性激素、相关血清离子及骨代谢指标。方法 连续选择84例围绝经期牙周病妇女，入选对象按牙周病指数 (PDI)分为牙周炎组（25例，PDI 1～3）、牙周病组（31例，PDI 4～5）和晚期牙周病组（28例，PDI 6～7），对照组选择27例同期在我院进行体检结论健康同龄女性。4组对象接受了血钙（Ca2+）、血磷（P）、血清雌激素（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、骨钙素(BGP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等指标测定。结果 各个分期的围绝经期牙周病妇女血清Ca2+和E2测定值明显低于对照组，而血清BGP和AKP测定值均明显高于对照组（P均0.01～0.05）；重度牙周病组的Ca2+和E2测定值均明显低于牙周炎组和牙周病组，而血清BGP和AKP测定值也明显高于后两组（P均0.01～0.05）。结论 不同分期围绝经期牙周病妇女均存在明确的外周血Ca2+和E2低水平表达，同时各项骨代谢指标增加，其中晚期牙周病患者上述改变更为显著。 　　【关键词】牙周病/分期 围绝经期 性激素 血清离子 骨代谢指标 　　中图分类号：R781.4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-0515（2011）7-048-03 　　Analysis of sexual hormone, correlated serum ion, and bone metabolism indicators in three-level periodontal disease women during perimenopausal period 　　Zhang Li Zhu Hao 　　（Department of Stomatology, General Hospital of Shenyang Military Area Command of Chinese PLA, Shenyang 110015, Liaoning Province, China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the sexual hormone, correlated serum ion, and bone metabolism indicators in three-level periodontal disease women during perimenopausal period. Methods A total of 84 women with periodontal disease at different perimenopausal periods were selected and divided, according to periodontal disease index (PDI), into periodontitis group (n=25, PDI 1-3), periodontal disease group (n=31, PDI 4-5), and advanced periodontal disease group (n=28, PDI 6-7). Results The Ca2+ and E2 values in the three PDI groups were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the BGP and AKP values in the three groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01-0.05).
