中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿临床剖析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.163 　　[摘要] 目的 探究中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2014年6月―2015年6月间接收的60例子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿患者，30例采用常规西医治疗，并纳入对照组，另外30例采用中西医结合治疗，并纳入观察组，观察两组效果并进行比较。结果 观察组治疗有效率93.3%较高（对照组为76.7%），观察组复发率6.7%较低（对照组为36.7%），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。 结论 子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿采用中西医结合治疗效果良好，且不良反应少，减少患者复发率，因而值得在临床中借鉴使用。 　　[关键词] 中医；西医；子宫肌瘤；卵巢囊肿；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0163-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Ovarian cyst and Ovarian Dropsy 　　SHANG Dong-mei 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics， Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Second Division Korla Hospital， Korla， Xinjiang， 841000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for fibroids and ovarian dropsy. Methods Convenient selection 60 cases of patients with fibroids and ovarian dropsy treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine western medicine， while the observation group adopted the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine， and the effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance（93.3%， 6.7% vs 76.7%， 36.7%），（P0.05）， both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.
