鹿瓜多肽痛点注射配合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床的研究 　　摘要：目的 观察鹿瓜多肽夹脊痛点注射配合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 将68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例，2组均予基础治疗及独活寄生汤加减内服，治疗组另配合鹿瓜多肽夹脊痛点注射，10 d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察并比较2组患者治疗前及治疗1、2个疗程后临床症状、疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）。结果 与本组治疗前比较，2组患者治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后VAS、ODI均降低（P0.05）。治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后，治疗组VAS、ODI均低于对照组（P0.05，P0.01）。治疗组和对照组治疗1个疗程后总有效率分别为91.2%（31/34）、70.6% （24/34），2个疗程后分别为100%（34/34）、85.3%（29/34），治疗组优于同期对照组（P0.05）。结论 鹿瓜多肽夹脊痛点注射配合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效较好。 　　关键词：腰椎间盘突出症；独活寄生汤；鹿瓜多肽注射液；穴位注射；临床研究 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2015.04.007 　　中图分类号：R274.915.331 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2015）04-0022-04 　　Clinical Research on Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation WEN Xi-na1， WANG Hong-quan2， ZHAN Jie2 （1.Dazhou Central Hospital， Dazhou 635000， China；2.The Second People’s Hospital in Jinwen， Jingmen 448000， China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cervus and cucumis polypeptide combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Jiaji pain point injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
