麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块可行性的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块的临床可行性及安全性。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年1月东莞市人民医院收治入院的乳房较大良性肿块（3～6 cm）患者200例，随机分为两组，每组各100例。观察组患者采用麦默通扇形推进法旋切乳房较大良性肿块，对照组患者采用传统常规手术治疗。比较两组患者术中、术后情况、并发症及复发情况。 结果 观察组患者均能用麦默通旋切系统顺利完成病灶切除术，无一例需中转行常规开放手术。观察组患者的手术时间[（8.8±2.0）min]、切口长度[（3.8±0.6）mm]、术中出血量[（3.6±2.9）mL]、疼痛评分[（3.0±1.1）分]与对照组[（15.7±2.2）min、（29.7±4.5）mm、（20.2±6.1）mL、（3.8±1.2）分]比较，差异均有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）。 结论 乳腺麦默通旋切术能完整切除病灶，具有安全、微创?效果确切、术后美观的优点。 　　[关键词] 乳腺疾病；麦默通旋切系统；手术 　　[中图分类号] R734 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）08（a）-0037-04 　　Feasibility study of Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary of cutting breast large benign masses 　　DENG Dingmei 　　Department of Breast Surgery， Peoples Hospital of Dongguan City， Guangdong Province， Dongguan 523000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility and safety of Mammotome fan propulsion method for rotary cutting of breast large benign masses.
