高职院校财经专业学生就业稳定性的影响因素分析 　　摘要：高职院校财经类专业学生就业率高但就业稳定性较差，通过对南京铁道职业技术学院2014届学生的跟踪调查，利用logistic二元回归分析法，得出学生单位性质、性别、是否贫困生及生源地与就业地一致性与学生就业稳定性存在极大相关性。 　　Abstract： The employment rate of students majoring in finance and economics in higher vocational colleges is high， but the stability is rather poor.
