住院儿童结核病79例治疗情况剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 对我所住院治疗的儿童结核病治疗情况进行临床分析,探讨其特点及疗效。方法 对1997~2005年在我所住院治疗的79例0~14岁儿童结核病进行回顾性分析。结果 9年间在我所住院治疗患者2322例中0~14岁儿童结核病占3.4%,其中男、女各占49.45%和50.6%;婴幼儿占6.3%,学龄前儿童占21.5%,学龄期儿童占72.2%;原发性肺结核占7.6%,血型播散型肺结核占7.6%,继发性肺结核43例,占54.4%,其中菌阳12例,占27.9%;结核性胸膜炎31例(9例合并继发性肺结核),占39.2%,结核性脑膜炎4例(2例合并肺结核),占5.1%,79例中PPD试验强阳性者占87.3%,与肺结核患者密切接触者占49.4%。结论 对PPD强阳性和肺结核密切接触的儿童要高度重视,要定期复查,早期发现,治疗管理是提高儿童结核的治愈率和降低死亡率的关键。 　　【关键词】 儿童结核;住院;结素试验;诊治水平 　　 　　Lnpatient treatment of 79cases of tuberculosis children Analysis 　　 　　WU Hong-mei. 　　Yanbian TB Preatmenton Treatment Reseaech Institute,Yanji 133000,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To my chidren hospitalized for tuberculosis treatment clinical analysis analysis of the situa-tion and explore its characteristics and efficacy. Methods from 1997 to 2005 I have hospitalization of 79 cases of children aged 0 to 14 tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 9 years I have 2,322 ca-ses of hospitalized patients in the 0 to 14-year-olds accounted for 3.4 percent of TB, including male and female respectively 49.45 percent and 50.6 percent; infants, 6.3 per cent, accounting for 21.5 per cent of pre-school children, school-age children accounted for 72.2% of primary pulmonary tuberculosis six ca-ses,accounting for 7.6 percent; type disseminated tuberculosis six cases, accounting for 7.6 percent; 43cases of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, accounting for 54.4 percent, including 12 cases of positive bac-teria, accounting fou 27.9 percent of TB pleurisy 31 patients (9 patiens with secondary pulmonary tuber-culosis), accounting for 39.2 percent; tuberculous meningitis four cases (two cases with pulmonary tuber-culosis), accounting for 5.1 percent, 79 cases were strongly positive PPD test for 87.3%, and close tuber-culosis patients contas of 49.4%. Conclusion The children of strongly positive PPD and intimate contacting of lung tuberculous will be highly respected, and it is important to be checked and found early. To treat and manag
